1. Introduction

FPT University is committed to promoting fairness, transparency, and gender equality in its human resource management. To ensure equal pay for equal work, the university regularly reviews and monitors its pay scale across all employment levels.

3. Findings and Insights

The data revealed that there is no significant gap in living wage between male and female staff/faculty.

According to the Statistical Yearbook of Vietnam 2024 published by the General Statistics Office of Vietnam – Ministry of Planning and Investment, the difference in average monthly earnings between males and females in the training and education sector is approximately 33.9%, whereas at FPT University, the gap is only 8.5% among staff and 18.6% among faculty members.

4. Commitment and Future Actions

FPT University will continue to strengthen its gender equity framework by:

  • Conducting annual gender pay audits;
  • Providing gender-sensitivity and diversity training for managers;
  • Ensuring transparent promotion and recruitment processes;
  • Publishing annual reports on gender equity indicators.

Through these measures, FPT University reaffirms its commitment to maintaining a fair, inclusive, and gender-balanced working environment.
