FPT University is committed to promoting the health and well-being of its students through comprehensive education and access to essential health information. In line with this commitment, the university regularly organizes free workshops, seminars, and communication programs on sexual and reproductive health for students across campuses.
1. “Tam Gioi” Program – Educating Students on Gender Identity, Equality, and Reproductive Health
As part of the “Gender and Women” series, FPT University Ho Chi Minh City organized the event “Tam Gioi”, a creative and educational program promoting awareness of gender identity, equality, and reproductive health. Through exhibitions, workshops, and talkshows, students engaged in open discussions about sexuality, gender diversity, and reproductive health under the guidance of experts from FPT University. The event created a safe and inclusive space for students to learn, express themselves, and challenge social taboos surrounding gender and sexual health.

2. Sexual Education Talk “Dare for The First Time” in FPT University Orientation Week
As part of Orientation Week for first-year students, FPT University organized an engaging and open session on sexual and reproductive health titled “Dare for the First Time”, in collaboration with experts from Glink Academy. The session provided students with practical and essential knowledge about safe sex, healthy relationships, and self-protection.

Led by Ms. Nguyen Khanh Chi (Education Expert, Training Director at Glink Academy) and Dr. Tran Le Duc Tri/Dr. Tran Quang Minh (Medical Experts, Glink Academy), the talk covered crucial topics such as when to start a relationship, proper condom use, and prevention of sexually transmitted infections (STIs), all explained in a scientific yet relatable way.


Through this program, FPT University aims to empower students to protect their health, build responsible relationships, and take proactive ownership of their well-being.
3. Talkshow “Seg&Life – Seg&MyMind” on Safe Sex Education at FPT University
On April 4, 2025, students from FPT University Ho Chi Minh City organized the talk show “Seg&Life – Seg&MyMind” under the project “Love Shield.” Guest speakers Phương Nam (co-founder of Saigon Tếu) and Dr. Lương Thúy Hiền shared essential knowledge about safe sex, consent, contraception, and sexually transmitted diseases.
The event encouraged open discussion on sexual health, emphasizing that “sex is not scary – unsafe sex is.” It promoted self-awareness, mutual respect, and responsible decision-making among young people.
4. “Love Checkpoint” Campaign Promotes Sexually Transmitted Diseases (STDs) Testing Awareness
The “Love Checkpoint” campaign, organized by FPT University Ho Chi Minh City students, aimed to raise accurate awareness of the importance of testing for sexually transmitted diseases (STDs) among young people. Through creative communication activities and expert guidance, the campaign encouraged students to view STD testing as a responsible and essential part of self-care, helping build a healthier and more informed generation.
