FPT University not only focuses on providing high-quality education but also aims to create a sustainable learning environment that benefits both students and the wider community. Across all campuses, the university offers free public access to open and green spaces, allowing visitors to explore, relax, and enjoy the campus’s eco-friendly design and landscape.
1. Green Architecture – A Learning and Community Space
Each FPT University campus—from Hanoi, Da Nang, Quy Nhon, Ho Chi Minh City, to Can Tho—is designed according to the philosophy of green and sustainable architecture. At the Hanoi campus, the Dragon-shaped Administrative Building, surrounded by lush greenery, stands as an architectural landmark that was honored at the 42nd World Architecture Awards. The open design, walking paths, and gardens create a harmonious environment where visitors can enjoy nature while exploring the campus.

2. Free and Friendly Public Access
FPT University regularly welcomes local residents, high school students, and visitors to its campuses to walk, take photos, or join outdoor activities. Public areas such as gardens, lakesides, rest zones, and central courtyards are open and free of charge for everyone. These spaces have become popular community destinations for relaxation, photography, and recreation in a safe and inspiring environment.

3. Connecting Education, Environment, and Community
FPT University believes that education extends beyond classrooms and should foster harmony between people and nature. By maintaining free and open access to its green spaces, the university raises public environmental awareness and encourages sustainable living. Its campuses are not only places of learning but also shared public environments that embody FPT University’s commitment to sustainability, community engagement, and holistic well-being.

FPT University carries out various campaigns to promote environmental awareness and sustainable living among students and the community. One of the highlights is the “Post a Tree 4” campaign, where for every three public Facebook posts featuring photos with trees from three different accounts, FPT University plants one real tree. The initiative transforms online engagement into real-life sustainability efforts, promoting environmental awareness and a greener campus for everyone
