1. Purpose
FPT University’s process for employees to appeal on their rights and/or pay is intended to manage and handle their appeals in order to improve the quality ofservice, teaching, and learning as well as enhance the reputation of FPT University.

This process applies to all training institutions of FPT University
3. Definitions
“Appeal” means a request or reference to some person or authority for a decision, corroboration, judgment, etc.
4. Process

FPT Corporation is committed to making reasonable efforts to protect whistleblowers and complainants and has a zero-tolerance policy for any form of retaliation against them.
This process for employees to appeal on their rights and/or pay is developed based on FPT’s current regulations, including the Complaint and Denunciation Regulations issued by FPT Corporation on March 25, 2024. Details of these regulations can be accessed at FPT Complaint and Denunciation Regulations. Referencing and applying this regulation ensures transparency and clarity in the complaint handling process, thereby enhancing the quality and effectiveness of internal procedures.
5. Platforms for Employees’ Feedback and Appeals on Rights and Pay
- iNghe
iNghe is a feedback channel that allows employees to freely express their opinions and provide input on all aspects of the company. Key topics often include Corporate Culture and Work Environment, Business and Technology, Products, Policies and Benefits, as well as Processes and Regulations. All constructive opinions are welcomed and carefully considered. The iNghe platform clearly reflects one of FPT’s six core values: Respect for the Individual.
FPT employees can openly share personal viewpoints, offer suggestions, or raise concerns when encountering negative issues. They can also propose initiatives and improvements, contributing to building a better FPT, one that fosters a happy workplace and promotes healthy, sustainable development.

To use the iNghe platform, FPT employees simply need to visit https://inghe.fpt.com/ (or the iNghe section on chungta.vn), select the relevant unit, provide their feedback with attachments if needed, enter their personal information (or skip this step to submit anonymously), and click send.

It provides a transparent and secure channel for reporting issues, tracking responses, and ensuring that every employee’s voice is heard. By offering direct access to HR and relevant units, the platform helps resolve matters promptly and promotes a fair, supportive, and accountable workplace environment.
